1. How do I get started?
Click “Get Started” on our homepage, select the service you need, and complete the form. You'll also be asked to choose your preferred communication method and upload any documents we need to begin.

2. How do we communicate during the process?
You decide what works best for you — WhatsApp, email, or Zoom. We’re flexible and available to respond within working hours Monday through Saturday.

3. How fast will I receive my resume or service delivery?
Turnaround times are listed with each package. Standard delivery is 2–3 business days, but rush options (12-hour and 6-hour) are available for an additional fee.

4. Can I request revisions?
Yes. Most resume and writing services include one revision round. Additional revisions are available upon request for a small fee.

5. Do you offer services in Spanish?
Absolutely. All of our resume, consultation, and admin support services are available in both English and Spanish.

6. What happens after I book a service?
You'll receive a confirmation email or message with next steps. If your service includes a call, we’ll schedule it based on your availability. Then we begin working on your materials — and keep you updated along the way.

7. What if I don’t know exactly what I need?
No problem. You can book a consultation session for $10.00 and we’ll guide you toward the best fit based on your current goals.
